Fitness has always been an important part of my life, but my true calling as a trainer came after a life-changing moment. While hiking in Hawaii, I sustained serious injuries, breaking and dislocating both my ankle and shoulder. The long and challenging recovery process gave me a new perspective on movement, tenacity, and the power of intentional training. Most importantly, it sparked a new passion: helping others overcome obstacles, rebuild strength, and discover what they’re capable of.

My approach to training is built on empathy, resilience, and results. I work with clients of all levels—whether their goals are improving aerobic endurance, building strength and hypertrophy, or navigating recovery from orthopedic challenges. With experience creating and following diverse training programs for myself, paired with years as an athlete in high school and college, I bring both personal understanding and structured expertise to every session.
