Fitness has always been an important part of my life, but my true calling as a trainer came after a life-changing moment. While hiking in Hawaii, I sustained serious injuries, breaking and dislocating both my ankle and shoulder. The long and challenging recovery process gave me a new perspective on movement, tenacity, and the power of intentional training. Most importantly, it sparked a new passion: helping others overcome obstacles, rebuild strength, and discover what they’re capable of.

My approach to training is built on results. I work with clients of all levels, whether their goals are improving aerobic endurance, building strength, muscular hypertrophy, or navigating recovery from orthopedic challenges. With years of experience creating diverse training programs for clients of all levels, paired with years as an athlete in high school and college, I blend science based principles with athletic based training to create a tailored program that is perfect for you.
